Seattle to Portland Bike Ride

Every mid July I watch a steady stream of bicycles passing my house on their way from Seattle as part of the annual Seattle to Portland ride. Apparently, 10,000 riders participate in this over 200 mile ride. They pass in groups of two to six and seven, all with helmets, sun glasses and spandex shorts.
